Payment Terms
With Nag & Dog, you can order online and pay through the website. For all online payments our preferred method is by Paypal using a credit or a debit card. This method assures you of security and confidentiality. Using this system, we have no access to your credit card information, we simply receive a notification that the amount has been debited-or not.
Privacy Policy
At Nag and Dog Ltd. we are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information obtained through this website is kept secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act. 1998. The personal information requested form you at the checkout is considered the minimum required to process your order efficiently.
We do not store credit cards details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. (On occasion, we would like to inform you of new products arriving or special promotions that we have on the website. We will never pass your details on for any purpose. If you prefer not to receive emails form us, please send an email to naganddog@gmail.com stating your request).
Security:
We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However we can not fuarantee the security of any data that you disclose online and we will not be responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.
Shipping & Delivery
We post all our orders via Standard Royal Mail First Class Delivery. We aim to send all orders out within 3 working days of receipt, although this can be subject to change during busier periods. (If you required "next day delivery", this may be possible but you will need to order by phone on 07806604021/01392881040. Next day delivery will be charged at a flat rate of £7.95, UK only. Not possible on Saturdays delivery.
The cost is £3.80 for any order under £50. Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.
Easy Returns
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not; please return it to us within 15 days and we will be pleased to exchange or refund your purchase.
The goods must be returned with tags attached and unused. We can only refund delivery costs where an items is faulty or an error has been made on our part.
We recommend you use a recorded delivery service or retain proof of posting as we can not be held responsible for items that get lost on their way back to us.

If you are returning an item you have bought from our shop and you wish to exchange it, then a postage charge will be applicable unless the item was faulty. If there is a price difference you will need to contact us in order to pay the difference or for us to refund this to you.
